Parameters

`from_height`	query	`integer`	—	Inclusive lower block height, default zero. Preserve when changing page.
`to_height`	query	`integer`	—	Inclusive upper block height, default serving indexed tip. Must not be below from_height. Preserve when changing page.
`min_height`	query	`integer`	—	Optional minimum serving indexed height. Returns DATA_NOT_READY if no eligible source has reached it.
`limit`	query	`integer`	—	Default 25; server may apply a smaller resource cap.
`page`	query	`integer`	—	One-based page number, default 1. Responses include number, limit, total and total_pages. Preserve the filters and limit when changing page.
